Copyright Protected Content is distributed in accordance with the terms of permissions granted to Us by third party copyright owners. You may use Copyright Protected Content with one instance of the Software. You may not copy Copyright Protected Content or otherwise install it on devices other than the device on which the Copyright Protected Content is originally installed. You may quote portions of the Copyright Protected Content within the restrictions provided by the Copyright Holder. All Copyright Protected Content is clearly marked as such before it is installed for use with the software.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPTED, OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY) EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
